Ham&Egg Mael with Natto 368 yen (+ tax) 615kcal

Ham & Egg Mael with Natto or natto beef small bowl set meal was the cheapest on the Yoshinoya breakfast menu. Ham & Egg Mael with Natto in the photo comes out with ham and eggs baked on a small frying pan. Natto has a unique odor and a tenacious texture, and even Japanese people have a clear taste for it. It also comes with salad and miso soup, and the nutritional balance seems to be good.

Name Menu name Price Calorie Feature
Yoshinoya Ham&Egg Meal with Natto 404yen 615kcal Impression that nutritional balance is good
Sukiya Egg over rice breakfast 250yen 634kcal Potato salad of morning set meal is rare
Matsuya Raw Egg Over Rice with a Selectable dish 290yen 491kcal Small bowl to choose
Nakau Breakfast Set with Sunny-Side-Up Egg 250yen 551kcal Egg quality is good

In terms of price, the Yoshinoya looks expensive, but it comes with salad and natto, and the nutritional balance is good, so I think this price is reasonable. I have done some comparative projects, but Sukiya and Nakau have the impression that they are high in calories, and that tendency is also strong at breakfast. Matsuya also has a low calorie value, but the calories will differ depending on the small bowl you choose.

From the comparison, the point common to all four beef bowl shops is that they have eggs.

Also, I would like to do a “comparative project” next time.
