Teriyaki sauce seasoning (For 2 people)
Soy sauce …… 2 tablespoons
Cooking sake …… 2 tablespoons
Mirin …… 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar …… 1 tablespoon
If you prepare the above seasonings, you can make teriyaki sauce. I saw various cooking sites, but I got the impression that “mirin” is a little more. Mirin gives the “teriyaki” necessary for teriyaki sauce. It is a necessary seasoning. There was also a cooking site that made it without sugar.
Boil the seasoning of Teriyaki Sauce in a pot
