What is Independence Palace?
To put it simply, the former presidential palace was called the Independence Palace during the South Vietnamese administration.
The Vietnam War came to an end in April 1975 when tanks from the Liberation Army of South Vietnam climbed over the fence and rushed into the Reunification Palace.
It is an important place in history.
Currently open to the public, admission is 35,000 VND
Inside the Independence Palace
There were many conference rooms and large halls in the hall. There is also the president’s strategy meeting room, which is spectacular.
Outside the Independence Palace
You can see helicopters, tanks, and fighters. Of course, the building is large and the site is large, so it is worth seeing. If you come here, you can learn the history and become your own education, and you can spend a meaningful time.
Independence Palace Impressions that went
I think that the place where such a transformation occurred in history looked more different and felt deeper if I went to study the history in more detail before going to it. When I went, I thought I would study in advance.
