Bintoro
Bintoro is the Toro part of albacore tuna. Albacore tuna fatty tuna has less fat and is often sold at conveyor belt sushi restaurants.

Bintoro is also sold, and since Bintoro has less fat, it can be eaten deliciously even by those who are not good at fat.
Sushiro Gunkanmaki tuna
Tuna is the leading role in the warship roll, which is one of the sushi recipes. Gunkanmaki using Sushiro’s tuna is made by combining something with tuna
