Ticket to Harukas 300
To get to Harukas 300 (Observatory), you can either buy a ticket at the ticket counter on the 16th floor or buy an advance ticket online. I bought the ticket on the spot on the day. Ticket prices are 1,500 yen for adults, 1,200 yen for junior and senior high school students, 700 yen for elementary school students, 500 yen for infants, and free for children under 4 years old.
After purchasing the ticket, hold the QR code attached to the ticket over the gate and take the shuttle elevator to the observatory.

When you get off the elevator, you will reach the top floor of the 60th floor. The area from the 60th floor to the 58th floor is Harukas 300.

The place marked 300M is the heliport. Since I came to Abeno Harukas, I headed to the heliport.

You need to buy a ticket when you go to the heliport. The price is 500 yen. When you buy a ticket, you will be given a wristband. The heliport tour has a fixed start time. Since it is an outdoor heliport 300m above the ground, valuables etc. Takes a tour with a coin locker.

We will meet 5 minutes before the tour start time and head to the heliport according to the staff’s instructions.

The 2nd basement floor to the 14th floor above ground is the Kintetsu Department Store, the 16th floor is the Abeno Harukas Museum, the 17th to 18th floors and the 21st to 36th floors are offices, and the 12th to 14th floors are Abeno Harukas Dining. There are many restaurants in the area.
