Takoyaki Different Kinds
I was born and raised in Osaka, and I still live in Osaka, so I’ve been eating takoyaki since I was little.
Introducing various takoyaki.
What is takoyaki?
First of all, I would like to introduce Takoyaki. Takoyaki is a local dish made by putting octopus and condiments (leeks, pickled ginger, etc.) in flour dough and baking it in a spherical shape, and is said to have originated in Osaka, Japan.
Takoyaki is generally eaten with sauce, mayonnaise, dried bonito flakes, and green laver.
Recently, the types of takoyaki and toppings have increased, and they have become more diverse.
Takoyaki toppings increased
When I was little, takoyaki was generally made with sauce and mayonnaise, and there were stores that sometimes sold soy sauce flavors, but in recent years the number of weekly flavors has increased.
The number of types is increasing year by year, and the impression is that takoyaki, which was eaten as a snack when I was young, has become a proper meal.
Takoyaki that can be easily made with takoyaki pan
With Takoyaki Pan, you can easily make takoyaki at home.
