When BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy) -infected cattle were confirmed in Washington State in 2003 and imports from the United States were suspended, beef procurement became impossible and the sale of beef bowls was temporarily suspended. As a result, we were forced to reduce our business and urgently introduce alternative products such as beef curry bowl and pork bowl. Since then, it has developed multiple menus and continues even after the resumption of beef bowl sales.

The texture of the reprinted pork bowl that saved the Yoshinoya crisis was not greasy, it was light, the sauce was not sweet, it was not spicy, it tasted just right, and it had a good aftertaste.
The refreshing taste of pickled ginger and the slight spiciness of Ichimatsu Chili are just the right accents for the addition of my favorite way of eating pickled ginger and Ichimatsu Chili.
Pork bowls were also sold at some Yoshinoya stores, but the difference between the “reprinted Pork Bowl” and the regular Pork Bowl is that the sauce and the reprinted Pork Bowl are not sesame.
Pork & Kimchi Bowl
Pork & Kimchi Bowl conveys the good compatibility between pork and kimchi. The Pork Bowl menu, the kimchi sold by the Yoshinoya is rich and popular with people who like rich kimchi, and it goes very well with the light-tasting Pork Bowl.

Many Japanese people like cheese, and many people top it with beef bowl or curry rice in addition to pork bowl. Cheese is a high-calorie food, so the calories are high in the pork bowl menu.
I missed the impression that I ate the reprinted pork bowl that saved the Yoshinoya crisis in the past. The Yoshinoya’s standard product is beef bowl, but pork bowl is also a strong menu.
